Basketball Game Preview: Woodward Bulldogs vs. Holy Cross Indians

The Woodward Bulldogs will challenge the Holy Cross Indians at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Woodward is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Last Monday, Woodward had to suffer through a 75-47 loss at the hands of Taft. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 517th, while the Senators are ranked 79th).

Meanwhile, Holy Cross was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 72-67 to Conner. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game two weeks ago (59), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Holy Cross' defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Woodward, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
