Volleyball Recap: Sheboygan North Extends Winning Streak to Four

Sheboygan North barely beat Greenfield the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Golden Raiders blew past the Hustlin' Hawks 3-0 on Wednesday. The match marked the Golden Raiders' most dominant win of the season so far.

While Sheboygan North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 29-27.

Jaiden Kitchenakow paced Sheboygan North's offense, picking up nine kills. Kitchenakow got some help from Ephrem Kachur and his 27 assists. Kachur was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

The victory (which was Sheboygan North's fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-4. As for Greenfield, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 1-1.

Sheboygan North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Sun Prairie United on the 6th. As for Greenfield, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Muskego on the 8th.
