Pace waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Hanna Golden Eagles. The Vikings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Golden Eagles, too.

Valeria Alvarado paced Pace's offense, picking up seven kills. Alvarado got some help from Risa Trevi?o and her 19 assists. Trevi?o was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Pace's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Hanna, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Pace has already played their next match (against Veterans Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Hanna, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against La Feria on the 22nd.
