Basketball Recap: Lakota Wins Going Away Against New Riegel

Lakota won the last time they faced New Riegel and things went their way on Monday too. The Lakota Raiders blew past the New Riegel Blue Jackets 50-25. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 36-6.

The victory got Lakota back to even at 10-10. As for New Riegel, their loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-18.

Lakota will host Old Fort at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Lakota is facing Old Fort at the right time seeing as Old Fort is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for New Riegel, they will head out to challenge Danbury at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
