Volleyball Recap: Calvert Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Calvert waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Lackey Chargers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Cavaliers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Calvert's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Lackey, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Calvert is set to face off against their familiar foe Great Mills at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lackey will take on rival Westlake at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
