Martinsville's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Ramsey Rams, posting a 67-21 victory. The win continues a trend for the Bluestreaks in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won five in a row.

Martinsville got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gavin Leloup out in front who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Adam Parcel was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 boards.

Martinsville was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ramsey only posted four assists.

Bladyn McCloskey and Aaron Trexler certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. McCloskey posted six points and seven rebounds, while Trexler had ten points. Thanks to that strong game, McCloskey now owns an excellent 45.9% shooting accuracy.

Martinsville's win bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Ramsey, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

Martinsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 66-35 victory against Dugger Union on the 8th. As for Ramsey, they will face off against Mulberry Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
