Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask MAST Charter II). They walked away with a 59-51 win over the Philadelphia Academy Charter Chargers on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Voyagers.

Leading MAST Charter II to victory were Andrew Lopez and Shane Twyman. Lopez posted 14 points in addition to six steals and five boards, while Twyman dropped a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Twyman is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Brooks, who earned 12 points.

The victory got MAST Charter II back to even at 2-2. As for Philadelphia Academy Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, MAST Charter II won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Renaissance Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Philadelphia Academy Charter, they and Philadelphia Performing Arts will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played.
