Volleyball Recap: Greenville HomeSchool Athletics Archers vs. North Hopkins Panthers
Greenville HomeSchool Athletics came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the North Hopkins Panthers. It was the first time this season that the Archers let down their fans at home.
The final score came out to 25-19, 25-16, 25-18.
Gabby Lumby paced Greenville HomeSchool Athletics' offense, picking up 11 kills. Lumby got some help from Claire Samples and her 21 assists.
Greenville HomeSchool Athletics suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 14-5. As for North Hopkins, the victory was the 23rd in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-4.
Looking ahead, Greenville HomeSchool Athletics will challenge Avery at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Hopkins, they will square off against Sulphur Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
