Football Game Preview: Albany vs. Wright

On Friday Albany take on Wright at 7:00 PM. Albany are coming into the match hot, having won three in a row.

Everything went Albany's way against Springfield last week as they made off with a 44-20 win. Sophomore Rhett Wolfe and senior Justin Parrish were among the main playmakers for Albany as the former rushed for 188 yards and 3 touchdowns and the latter rushed for 188 yards and 3 touchdowns. One of the most memorable plays of the game was Wolfe's 68-yard touchdown rush in the fourth quarter.

Meanwhile, Wright suffered a grim 19-40 defeat to Cox. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Wright.

Albany's victory lifted them to 3-0 while Wright's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Albany can add another positive mark to their record or if Wright can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Albany's step.
