Basketball Recap: Minneapolis Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Minneapolis can now relate to. They took a 51-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hesston Swathers on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Swathers are ranked fourth).

Minneapolis' defeat dropped their record down to 12-9-1. As for Hesston, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 22-0.

As of now, neither Minneapolis nor Hesston have any future games scheduled.
