Volleyball Recap: Broadway's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Broadway came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Turner Ashby Knights. Considering the last time the Gobblers couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Broadway's defeat ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 12-4. As for Turner Ashby, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Broadway will square off against rival William Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Turner Ashby is set to face off against their familiar foe East Rockingham at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
