Newberry is 9-0-1 against Dixie County since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Newberry Panthers will look to defend their home pitch against the Dixie County Bears at 7:00 p.m. Dixie County took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Newberry, who comes in off a win.

If Dixie County heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Newberry took over last week. Newberry had just enough and edged Oak Hall out 2-1 on Friday.

Newberry's win bumped their record up to 11-2-2. As for Dixie County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1.
