Football Game Preview: Culver Academies Eagles vs. Bremen Lions

The Culver Academies Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Bremen Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Culver Academies earned a 14-3 win over Kankakee Valley. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Bremen slipped by Glenn 15-14 on Friday.

Culver Academies better keep an eye on Logan Moser. He was instrumental in Bremen's win, rushing for 181 yards and one score while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. Those 181 rushing yards gave Moser a new career-high.

Bremen's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Culver Academies, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4.

Culver Academies took their victory against Bremen in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 31-7 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
