Soccer Game Preview: Bexley vs. Bishop Hartley

The Bexley Lions will be taking part in a tournament against the Bishop Hartley Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Bexley's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Bexley is headed into the matchup having not lost since September 3 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Westerville North finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Bishop Hartley was not able to break out of their rough patch last Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 7-2 to St. Charles. While losing is never fun, Bishop Hartley can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 214th, while St. Charles are ranked 27th).

Bexley's draw gives them a new season record of 11-2-4. As for Bishop Hartley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-3.
