Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Phoenix). They enjoyed a cozy 60-44 win over the Hidden Valley Mustangs on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Mustangs two weeks ago, they had to take a 37-29 defeat.

The victory made it two in a row for Phoenix and bumps their season record up to 12-7. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 7-12 Hidden Valley and 7-11 Klamath Union. As for Hidden Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.

Phoenix didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 52-35 win against Mazama on the 12th. As for Hidden Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 46-40 defeat against Klamath Union on the 12th.
