Volleyball Game Preview: Rosary Royals vs. Regina Dominican Panthers + Official Tickets

The Rosary Royals will face off against the Regina Dominican Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

On Thursday, Rosary came up short against Joliet Catholic and fell 2-0.

While Rosary ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Regina Dominican had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Colonels by a score of 2-0.

The win didn't come easy: Francis W. Parker scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18.

Regina Dominican's victory bumped their record up to 19-14. As for Rosary, their loss dropped their record down to 5-28.

Rosary beat Regina Dominican 2-0 when the teams last played back in September of 2016. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Royals since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
