Pickerington Central came tearing into Thursday's contest with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Reynoldsburg Raiders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Pickerington Central not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Reynoldsburg between 14 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14, 25-14.

Mackenzie Simpson paced Pickerington Central's offense, picking up ten kills. Simpson got some help from Madison Lyons and her 29 assists. Madi Lee controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Pickerington Central's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Reynoldsburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-13.
