Recap: Ringgold Rams vs. California Trojans
The Ringgold Rams won the last time they faced the California Trojans, and things went their way on Thursday too. Ringgold put the hurt on California with a sharp 59-39 win. That looming 59-39 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Ringgold yet this season.
Despite the loss, California still got an impressive performance from Caden Monticelli, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. Monticelli set a new season high mark in blocks with two. Another player making a difference was Jayden Knox, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.
Ringgold's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for California, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Ringgold will head out on the road to face off against Bethel Park at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
