Lakewood scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They were beaten by the Chatfield Chargers 100-66. The defeat leaves the Tigers without a win on the season.

Indiana Hostetler was nothing short of spectacular for Chatfield: he went 8-for-13 on his way to 23 points and six rebounds. Hostetler is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last seven games he's played. Nolan Feddersen was another key player, putting up 15 points and seven boards.

Lakewood's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Chatfield, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.

Coming up, Lakewood will host Valor Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Valor Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 20 contests -- so hopefully Lakewood likes a good challenge. As for Chatfield, they will venture away from home to square off against Bear Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chatfield is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season.
