Soccer Recap: McKenzie Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, McKenzie finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 6-1 to the Madison Mustangs. The defeat continues a trend for McKenzie in their meetings with Madison: they've now lost four in a row.

McKenzie's goal came courtesy of Joantony Hernandez, who's now up to five this season.

McKenzie's loss dropped their record down to 6-3-2. As for Madison, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1-1.

Looking ahead, McKenzie will host Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Madison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
