Soccer Recap: Sequim Comes Up Short

Sequim lost against North Kitsap back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wolves fell 2-0 to the Vikings. While losing is never fun, Sequim can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 166th, while North Kitsap are ranked 29th).

This is the second loss in a row for Sequim and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for North Kitsap, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Sequim will challenge Bremerton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Kitsap, they will venture away from home to challenge Bainbridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
