Softball Recap: Park City Comes Up Short

After soaring to 16 runs the game before, Park City was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They came up short against the Stansbury Stallions, falling 16-1. If the Miners were looking for revenge after losing 18-0 to the Stallions when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Park City saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Erica Levy, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Park City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Stansbury, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.

Coincidentally, Park City and Stansbury will both be playing Cottonwood the next time they take the field. Park City will head out to face Cottonwood at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, while Stansbury will host them at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
