Caldwell Academy entered their tilt with The Burlington School on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 73-60 win over The Burlington School Spartans. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 63-60 victory the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

The Burlington School's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaden Hammond, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Cam Flippen, who posted 17 points and eight rebounds.

Caldwell Academy pushed their record up to 19-7 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for The Burlington School, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-10.
