Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hopewell-Loudon walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 35-0 victory over the Carey Blue Devils. The Chieftains might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by 23 points or more this season.

Hopewell-Loudon can attribute much of their success to Kellen Frankart, who rushed for 75 yards and three touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Frankart has posted since back in November of 2024.

The win was the sixth in a row for Hopewell-Loudon, bringing their record up to 12-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.3 points on average over those games. As for Carey, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.

As of now, neither Hopewell-Loudon nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
