Basketball Game Preview: Brady Eagles vs. Medicine Valley Raiders

Brady is 1-9 against Medicine Valley since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Brady Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Medicine Valley Raiders at 4:00 p.m. Brady has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Friday, Brady came up short against Arapahoe and fell 56-43.

Despite the defeat, Brady saw an underclassman step up: freshman Braylon Mcbride posted 17 points and eight rebounds. What's more, Mcbride also posted a 43% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2024. Cinch Sanger was another key player, putting up ten points and six steals.

Meanwhile, Medicine Valley strolled past Maxwell with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 60-46.

Medicine Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Brady, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.

Brady suffered a grim 61-35 defeat to Medicine Valley in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Brady avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
