Basketball Recap: Glenbrook Comes Up Short

Glenbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers 76-48.

Despite the loss, Glenbrook still got an impressive performance from Carson Powell, who shot 6-for-11 from deep and dropped a double-double with 31 points and 11 rebounds.

Glenbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Jonesboro-Hodge, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 12-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glenbrook will welcome Haynesville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jonesboro-Hodge, they will take on Weston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
