Basketball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Comes Up Short

Stonewall Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 79-23 defeat at the hands of the Riverheads Gladiators. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Generals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-22 on December 11th.

Stonewall Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Riverheads, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stonewall Jackson will welcome Page County at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Riverheads, they will be playing at home against Fort Defiance at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
