Bayard Rustin led Ches-Mont - American in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on Oxford.
Kennett's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jordan Jones threw for 38 yards and Kevin McQuiston had 23 yards receiving. On the ground Jordan Lardani chipped in 96 yards. Liam Clarke helped Kennett's passing attack out by catching two balls for 15 yards.
Kennett's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Blue Demons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jones has thrown for 660 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Clarke has 16 catches for 268 yards. Lardani leads the league in rushing with 1108 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Sun Valley takes on the Golden Knights. The Vanguards are in fourth place, while Bayard Rustin is in third place.
Octorara Area made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,612 from 10,872. The improvement was the result of 36-20 victory over the Braves last week.
