Greenhills took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Lutheran Warriors with a sharp 58-37 win. This was payback for the Gryphons, who suffered a 60-51 loss the last time these two teams met.

When it comes to explaining why Lutheran lost, don't look at Aiden Burk. Despite the final result, he posted ten points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Hollyer, who earned nine points and seven rebounds.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenhills will square off against Clawson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lutheran, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m.
