Baseball Recap: Monsignor McClancy Takes a Loss

Monsignor McClancy and Archbishop Molloy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Monsignor McClancy had to settle for second. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stanners. The defeat continues a trend for the Crusaders in their meetings with the Stanners: they've now lost four in a row.

Monsignor McClancy's loss dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Archbishop Molloy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-6-1 record this season.

Monsignor McClancy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Archbishop Molloy, they will welcome Xaverian at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
