Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Atlantic Christian walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Lake Worth Christian Defenders 47-16. The Sharks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 26 points or more this season.

Atlantic Christian was led to victory by Destiny Martinez and Jaidah Chase. Martinez posted 19 points, while Chase scored 12 points.

Atlantic Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.9 points over those games. As for Lake Worth Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Atlantic Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 42-39 defeat against Pine on the 8th. Lake Worth Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
