Football Game Preview: Dolores Bears vs. Sargent Farmers + How To Watch

Dolores hasn't had much luck against Sargent recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Farmers at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Dolores' offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Mancos on Friday. They were beaten by the Bluejays 40-0. The loss was the Bears' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Sargent also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 20-0 to Custer County last Friday.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dolores fell to 3-1. As for Sargent, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Dolores came up short against Sargent in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 30-23. Thankfully for the Bears, Lucas Garcia (who rushed for 142 yards and two TDs, and also picked up 87 receiving yards and one touchdown) won't be suiting up this time.
