Volleyball Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Wayne County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Millry Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 8th.

Wayne County was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-14, 25-22.

Wayne County's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Millry, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-5.

Wayne County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Millry, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Leroy on the 1st.
