After losing to St. Mary's Academy the last time they met, Thurston decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Thurston Colts managed a 30-25 victory over the St. Mary's Academy Blues on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colts.

Thurston now has a winning record of 3-2. As for St. Mary's Academy, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Thurston will head out on the road to take on South Eugene at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Mary's Academy and Century will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Century knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully St. Mary's Academy likes a good challenge.
