Basketball Recap: St. Peter Comes Up Short

St. Peter lost against Worthington back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The St. Peter Saints fell 87-74 to the Worthington Trojans.

St. Peter's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Worthington, they moved to 4-14 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

St. Peter has already played their next match, an 85-70 win against Fairmont on the 4th. As for Worthington, they are taking a road trip to square off against New Ulm at 7:15 p.m. on February 7th. Worthington has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
