Football Recap: West Rowan Falcons vs. Southern Guilford Storm

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Rowan had no problem doing just that on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-23 win over the Southern Guilford Storm. The Falcons pushed the score to 41-8 by the end of the third, a deficit the Storm cut but never quite recovered from.

Brant Graham had an outrageously good game as he threw for 266 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.3 yards per attempt. That's the most passing touchdowns he has posted since back in October of 2024. Cooper Martin helped Graham out on the ground, rushing for 67 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries.

West Rowan didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kayden Weeks and Harry Hartwell.
