Bolivar-Richburg entered their tilt with Andover on Monday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 14-2 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-0 back in April.

Kylee Whiting and Rylee Whiting made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, Whiting struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (and not a single walk). Meanwhile, Rylee struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Kylee has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. At the plate, Whiting went 3-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one double, while Rylee went 4-for-5 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. That's the most hits Kylee has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Sydney Faulkner, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Emma Sisson was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Bolivar-Richburg kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in eight consecutive games.

Bolivar-Richburg's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 13.5 runs. As for Andover, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Looking ahead, Bolivar-Richburg will be playing at home against Friendship at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.6 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of. Andover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
