Isabella came into Thursday's game having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Greene County Tigers 3-0 on Thursday. The Mustangs not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 8th (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Isabella was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-12, 25-7.

Isabella's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Greene County, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Isabella has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Autauga Academy on the 22nd. As for Greene County, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Citronelle at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
