After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bakersfield, Gainesville was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Fordland Eagles by a score of 12-7. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Gainesville's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Fordland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Gainesville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-3 win against Conway on the 24th. As for Fordland, they will welcome Norwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
