Volleyball Recap: Water Valley Wildcats vs. Marathon Mustangs
Water Valley extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Marathon. They put the hurt on the Marathon Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Water Valley never let Marathon on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-15, 25-21.
Mccaylen Woods paced Water Valley's offense, picking up 11 kills. Woods got some help from
Bailey Voss and her 16 assists.
Kaige Lange controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
