Baseball Recap: Nativity BVM Green Wave vs. Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils
After losing to Shenandoah Valley the last time they met, Nativity BVM decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Green Wave walked away with a 6-1 win over the Blue Devils on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Green Wave.

STEPHEN KARINCH was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over 6.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has become a key player for Nativity BVM: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-12 otherwise. KARINCH was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played.
