Baseball Recap: Valley Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Valley can now relate to. They fell just short of the Panguitch Bobcats by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Panguitch, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Valley nor Panguitch have any future games scheduled.
