Basketball Recap: St. Mary Takes a Loss

St. Mary has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 46-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Suttons Bay Norsemen on Friday. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 77-70 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Suttons Bay, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season.

St. Mary does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Suttons Bay, they will be playing at home against Buckley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
