Soccer Recap: Classical Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Classical finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Trinity Academy Knights. It was the first time this season that Classical let down their fans at home.

Classical now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Trinity Academy, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Looking ahead, Classical is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Emporia at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Andover on Monday.
