Football Game Preview: Lincoln Railsplitters vs. Glenwood Titans

Lincoln is 0-4 against Glenwood since September of 2015 but things could change on Friday. The Railsplitters will welcome the Titans at 7:00 p.m. Lincoln has given up an average of 36 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lincoln is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against MacArthur on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Railsplitters were dealt a 61-20 loss at the hands of the Generals. The Railsplitters were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-7.

Meanwhile, Glenwood strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 42-0 victory over Normal University. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 42 points or more this season.

Glenwood's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
