Baseball Recap: Jefferson Davis County Takes a Loss

Jefferson Davis County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Sacred Heart Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 last Tuesday.

Jefferson Davis County's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sacred Heart, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Sacred Heart beat Jefferson Davis County by a score of 19-0 later that day.
