The home team had won the previous four meetings between Silas and Lincoln, and Lincoln kept the tradition alive. The Rams fell 3-1 to the Abes on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Abes: they've now lost three in a row.

While Silas had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 14-25, 25-18.

Leading Lincoln to victory were Percillia Lefeau and Avary Liotti. Lefeau had 11 digs and four aces, while Liotti had 22 assists and 15 digs. Those 15 digs gave Liotti a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Iaeli Time, who had ten digs and four assists.

Silas' defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Lincoln, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Silas has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Peninsula on the 25th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Capital on the 25th.
