Basketball Recap: Woodstock Wolverines vs. Riverwood Raiders
Woodstock lost against Riverwood two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Woodstock Wolverines lost to the Riverwood Raiders at home by a 75-60 margin.
Riverwood was led to victory by Jr Leonard and Clinton Mccants. Leonard went 8-for-18 en route to 34 points and eight rebounds, while Mccants went 8-for-10 on his way to 24 points. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Leonard has scored at least a third of Riverwood's points. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Bilal, who posted four points and five boards.
