Mendon won the last time they faced Dowagiac and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hornets came out on top against the Chieftains by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Mendon's win bumped their record up to 13-1-1. As for Dowagiac, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-13-2.
