Basketball Recap: Hydro-Eakly Skates Past Geary with Ease

Hydro-Eakly won the last time they faced Geary and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hydro-Eakly Bobcats claimed a resounding 71-9 win over the Geary Bison. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 22 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Hydro-Eakly and bumps their season record up to 10-7. As for Geary, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Hydro-Eakly wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 68-47 win against Hollis on the 15th. As for Geary, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Geary is facing Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College at the right time seeing as Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
